By accessing or using the SurrendaSoft website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SurrendaSoft provides custom software development services for businesses, ministries, and communities. The specific terms of any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property rights in custom software developed for you will be transferred upon full payment
• SurrendaSoft retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during projects
• Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Deposits may be required before work commences
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees

We strive to deliver high-quality software, but:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Specific warranties may be outlined in individual project agreements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurrendaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide the agreed services.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed to date
• Any deliverables completed will be transferred upon payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
